Launched HiNGeS. You can create a PeakDB-NGS database from Next Generation Sequencing data.
PeakDB-NGS, it is possible to determine most HiCEP peaks derived from the mRNA. This study has been supported by System Development Program for Advanced Measurement and Analysis, of Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) .

While conducting a HiCEP experiment, it is very efficient and effective approach to create PeakDB-NGS at the same time, by using the next-generation sequencer. PeakDB-NGS offers a comprehensive way to infer underlying mRNA of the peaks.
The HiNGeS software pipeline for PeakDB-NGS creation is jointly developed with Maze,Inc.
